Growing up in the heart of Berlin, I grew up to be a curious child and a good observer of my environment, which led me after high school to my studies of Psychology because I wanted to understand more about us as human beings - how we develop who we are, what makes us happy etc. I completed my Bachelor and Master with some internships/working student jobs at Siemens, Lufthansa and Bosch, one of them in Singapore.

After graduating, I started as a business consultant with a focus on People topics (change management) at Capgemini Invent. During this time, I also discovered my interest in coaching and started my coaching apprenticeship at isb (Institute for systemic coaching). Since 2020, I am working at Zalando SE, consulting managers on their people topics (labour law, team health, performance and management, strategic personnel planning etc.) where I also can apply my coaching skills.
